FLBRA Local Family Membership - $100

Family Memberships include all contestants that reside together in the same household. Parent/Legal Guardian MUST sign liability waiver for each contestant. Family Membership forms MUST be received prior to rodeo to be eligible for local points.

FLBRA TERMS AND AGREEMENT:

We, parent(s) and contestant(s), understand that this association is run by volunteers whose time is valuable and that are here for all the kids. We as parents, and contestants, agree to respect the officers, directors, volunteers, and other members that are apart of this association and understand that rules must be abided by to help the association continue to run smoothly and efficiently and it is our responsibility to read and understand the rules as laid out in the NLBRA Rulebook and FLBRA Ground Rules.

We, the parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) of the above named contestant(s), do hereby acknowledge that we are aware of the NLBRA and FLBRA rules and requirements as stated in the NLBRA Rulebook and FLBRA Ground Rules. We have been informed that these documents are available at www.floridalittlebritches.com and the FLBRA Ground Rules can be printed for us upon request.
