By-Laws (effective 08/01/2024) Detailed list of position requirements listed within By-Laws

Other Positions to be filled for 24/25 Season:

Communications/Social Media: Update website, FB, and manage remind. Including but not limited to deadlines, updated information, and sponsorship recognition
Community Service Coordinator: Assign contestant work assignments for each rodeo. Keep track of community service hours earned. 
Grand Entry Coordinator: Schedule people for invocation, to sing the National Anthem, to carry flags, and coordinate grand entry music.
Awards Coordinator: work with President and Treasurer to order all year end awards in a timely manner. Submit quotes, along with time frame of shipments.
Fundraiser Coordinator: Assist with fundraising ideas, sponsorships, help over see tasks, and coordinate volunteers to assist.
Event Directors (Individual): Assist your designated Board of Director in preparing for your event, be available during your event, and make sure volunteers and/or workers are present.
